Last updated: 24 August 2026
Welcome to InnovateIgnite.
These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of innovateignite.com and, where stated or linked to these Terms, websites, digital publications, online platforms and other services owned or operated by INNOVATEIGNITE PTY LTD (InnovateIgnite, we, us or our).
INNOVATEIGNITE PTY LTD
InnovateIgnite is an Australian holding and media company that owns, operates and supports a portfolio of online brands and digital properties.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using a Service to which these Terms apply, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the relevant Service.
1. About these Terms
For the purposes of these Terms:
Brands means online brands, publications, websites and digital properties owned or operated by InnovateIgnite;
Content means articles, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, logos, designs, illustrations, data, software and other material made available through our Services; and
Services means innovateignite.com and any InnovateIgnite Brand, website, platform, publication, newsletter or digital service that links to or expressly adopts these Terms.
Some of our Brands may have their own terms and conditions, subscription terms, competition rules, community guidelines, purchase terms or other specific conditions.
Where additional or Brand-specific terms apply, those terms form part of your agreement with us. If there is an inconsistency, the more specific terms will apply to the relevant product, Service or Brand to the extent of that inconsistency.
2. Our Brands
InnovateIgnite operates as a holding company for a portfolio of independent digital Brands covering a range of subjects and audiences.
Our portfolio may change over time as we create, acquire, develop, combine, rename, sell or discontinue Brands.
A reference in these Terms to an InnovateIgnite Brand includes Brands that are currently owned or operated by us and future Brands that expressly link to these Terms.
The appearance, editorial focus and operation of individual Brands may differ.
3. Eligibility and use by minors
The InnovateIgnite corporate website is intended for a general audience.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should use our Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
Certain Brands may be directed towards families or younger audiences. Where a Brand collects information from, creates accounts for, or otherwise provides specific services to children or young people, additional age requirements, parental consent processes or Brand-specific terms may apply.
You must not create an account, make a purchase or enter into any transaction through our Services if you do not have legal capacity to do so.
4. Acceptable use
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
use a Service in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
engage in fraudulent, deceptive or misleading conduct;
impersonate another person, organisation or Brand;
attempt to obtain unauthorised access to an account, server, database, network or system;
interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of a Service;
introduce malware, viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology;
use a Service to harass, threaten, abuse or unlawfully harm another person;
submit material that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
collect or harvest personal information about other users without lawful authority;
circumvent access restrictions, technical controls or security measures;
use automated systems to generate excessive traffic or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
falsely suggest that you, your business or your content is endorsed by or affiliated with InnovateIgnite or one of our Brands; or
encourage another person to do any of the above.
We may take reasonable steps to protect our Services, users, intellectual property and systems from misuse.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Content available through our Services is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by InnovateIgnite or the applicable Brand.
This includes, where applicable:
written articles and editorial material;
website designs and layouts;
photographs and imagery;
illustrations;
videos and audio;
graphics and infographics;
logos and Brand identities;
trade marks;
databases;
software;
compilations; and
original creative material.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Subject to these Terms, you may access and view Content for your personal, lawful and non-commercial use.
Unless we expressly authorise it or applicable law permits it without our permission, you must not:
reproduce Content;
republish Content;
sell or commercially exploit Content;
distribute substantial portions of Content;
modify or create derivative works from Content;
remove copyright, trade mark or attribution notices;
mirror or reproduce one of our websites;
systematically download Content;
create or populate a competing content database using our Content; or
represent our Content as your own.
Sharing links to publicly available pages through ordinary social media or messaging functionality is permitted.
6. Automated access, scraping and artificial intelligence
Except where expressly authorised by us in writing, permitted through functionality we provide, or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you must not use automated means to:
scrape or bulk-extract our Content;
systematically crawl our Services;
harvest data;
mirror our websites;
create datasets from our Content;
circumvent technical restrictions;
reproduce substantial portions of a Brand; or
use our Content to train, fine-tune or develop commercial artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
This restriction does not prevent ordinary search-engine indexing conducted in accordance with applicable technical instructions, including our robots.txt settings where relevant.
7. Trade marks and Brand identities
The InnovateIgnite name, logos and associated Brand identities are trade marks or other protected intellectual property belonging to InnovateIgnite or their respective owners.
The names, logos and identities of individual Brands may also be protected.
You may not use these marks in a way that:
suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation without permission;
causes confusion about the source of goods, services or content;
damages or misrepresents a Brand; or
otherwise infringes applicable intellectual property rights.
8. Editorial and informational Content
Our Brands publish Content across a broad range of subjects.
Although we aim to create useful, interesting and accurate Content, material published through our Services is generally provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes.
Content may:
reflect the knowledge available when it was published;
become outdated over time;
contain opinions or commentary;
summarise complex subjects; or
rely on third-party information.
We do not guarantee that every item of Content will always be complete, current, accurate or suitable for your particular circumstances.
You should independently verify information where it is important to a decision you intend to make.
9. No professional advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Content published through our Brands does not constitute professional advice.
In particular, Content should not be treated as a substitute for personalised:
financial or investment advice;
legal advice;
medical or healthcare advice;
mental health advice;
nutrition or dietary advice;
fitness or exercise advice;
tax or accounting advice;
business advice; or
travel, immigration, visa or safety advice.
You are responsible for determining whether information is appropriate for your individual circumstances and, where appropriate, obtaining advice from a suitably qualified professional.
Financial and business Content
Any financial, wealth, business, entrepreneurship or investment-related Content is general information only unless expressly stated otherwise.
We do not guarantee earnings, investment returns, financial outcomes or business success.
Examples, case studies, projections or references to financial outcomes should not be interpreted as promises that you will achieve the same results.
Health, fitness and nutrition Content
Health, fitness, bodybuilding, exercise and nutrition Content is general information only.
You should consider your personal circumstances and obtain appropriate professional medical or health advice before starting or materially changing an exercise, treatment, supplement, nutrition or health program where appropriate.
Travel Content
Travel information can change quickly.
You are responsible for confirming current entry requirements, visas, passports, laws, transport schedules, prices, health requirements, insurance, safety information and official government travel advice before travelling.
10. Accounts
Some Services may allow users to create an account.
If you create an account, you must:
provide information that is accurate where required;
keep your login credentials secure;
not allow unauthorised use of your account; and
notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent that activity results from your actions or failure to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe this is necessary because of:
a material breach of these Terms;
suspected fraud;
unlawful activity;
a security risk;
misuse of a Service; or
a legal or regulatory requirement.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material account restrictions unless doing so could compromise security, an investigation or a legal obligation.
11. User submissions and user-generated Content
Certain Brands may allow users to submit comments, reviews, photographs, competition entries, messages, profiles or other material (User Content).
You retain ownership of intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.
By submitting User Content to a Service, you grant InnovateIgnite and the relevant Brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, communicate and technically modify that User Content as reasonably necessary to:
operate the relevant Service;
display your submission;
distribute the relevant publication or feature;
promote the Service in connection with which the material was submitted; and
administer the purpose for which you provided it.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.
You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your User Content and allow us to use it as described above.
You must not knowingly submit User Content that:
is unlawful;
infringes another person’s rights;
contains malicious software;
unlawfully discloses confidential or personal information;
is fraudulent or deliberately misleading;
constitutes unlawful harassment or threats; or
otherwise materially breaches these Terms.
We may remove, restrict or moderate User Content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, infringes rights, creates a security or legal risk, or compromises the integrity of a Service.
12. Copyright concerns
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe Content available through one of our Services infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@innovateignite.com.
Your notice should include enough information for us to identify:
the work you believe is being infringed;
the Content you are concerned about;
the location of that Content;
the basis of your claim; and
your contact details.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to investigate the matter.
13. Advertisements and sponsored Content
Some InnovateIgnite Brands may be funded partly through:
display advertising;
sponsored Content;
native advertising;
Brand partnerships;
affiliate marketing;
referrals; or
other commercial arrangements.
Where appropriate, sponsored or commercial relationships may be identified through labels or disclosures.
An advertisement appearing on one of our Services does not necessarily mean that InnovateIgnite endorses the advertiser or its products or services.
Advertisers and other third parties may make representations about their own products and services. You should assess those representations and the applicable third-party terms before making a purchase or other decision.
14. Affiliate links
Some Content may contain affiliate links.
If you click an affiliate link and purchase a product or service, InnovateIgnite or the relevant Brand may receive a commission, referral fee or other benefit without necessarily increasing the price you pay.
Affiliate relationships do not change your responsibility to determine whether a third-party product or service is appropriate for you.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases made from a third party are transactions between you and that third party and are subject to the third party’s terms, returns policy and privacy practices.
15. Third-party websites and services
Our Services may link to websites, applications, social networks, platforms, products or services operated by third parties.
These links may be provided for convenience, reference, editorial purposes or commercial purposes.
We do not control independent third-party services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
a link does not mean we endorse everything on the linked service;
the third party’s own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of its service; and
you are responsible for deciding whether to interact or transact with the third party.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility we have under applicable law.
16. Purchases and paid Services
Some Brands may offer paid products, subscriptions, memberships, digital products, advertising services or other paid Services.
Additional terms may apply to those transactions, including terms presented:
on the applicable Brand;
during checkout;
in an order form;
in a subscription agreement; or
in another commercial agreement.
Pricing, billing frequency, cancellation rights, renewal terms, delivery arrangements and refund conditions will be provided where relevant to the particular transaction.
Where additional purchase terms conflict with these Terms, the transaction-specific terms will apply to that transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
17. Competitions, promotions and giveaways
InnovateIgnite Brands may occasionally run competitions, giveaways, promotions or similar activities.
Each promotion may be governed by separate official rules or terms of entry.
Those rules may specify matters such as:
eligibility;
entry periods;
geographic restrictions;
prize details;
winner selection;
notification procedures;
publicity permissions; and
any regulatory requirements.
If promotional rules conflict with these Terms in relation to that promotion, the promotional rules will take precedence.
18. Newsletters and communications
You may be able to subscribe to newsletters or other communications from InnovateIgnite or individual Brands.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the relevant communication.
Operational, transactional or administrative communications may still be sent where they are necessary to provide a requested service, administer an account, respond to an enquiry or comply with legal obligations.
19. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection, handling, use and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that information may be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
20. Availability of our Services
We aim to keep our Services available and functioning properly, but websites and digital services can experience interruptions.
We do not promise that a Service will always:
be available without interruption;
be free from technical errors;
be compatible with every device or browser; or
remain unchanged indefinitely.
We may undertake maintenance, security work, upgrades and improvements.
We may also modify or discontinue free features where reasonably necessary because of operational, technological, security, commercial or legal changes.
Where an ongoing paid Service is materially affected, any applicable contract, consumer rights and legally required notice or remedies will continue to apply.
21. Security
We take reasonable measures intended to maintain the security of our Services.
However, no website, network, data transmission or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when using the internet, including maintaining appropriate device security, backups and up-to-date software.
You must not attempt to test, probe or circumvent the security of our Services without our prior written authorisation.
22. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
If you acquire goods or services from us as a consumer for the purposes of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), you may have rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
These rights may apply in addition to rights provided under these Terms.
Where the Australian Consumer Law permits us to limit liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
23. Disclaimers
Subject to any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded:
our free editorial Services and Content are provided on an “as available” basis;
Content is general in nature and may not be appropriate for your particular circumstances;
we do not guarantee that Content will always be current, complete or error-free;
we do not guarantee a particular result from using Content;
opinions expressed by contributors or third parties do not necessarily represent the views of InnovateIgnite; and
we are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services merely because we link to them.
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on general information available through our Services.
24. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InnovateIgnite will not be liable for loss or damage that:
was not reasonably foreseeable;
was caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control;
results from your unlawful or material misuse of a Service; or
arises solely from your reliance on general editorial or informational Content in circumstances where independent verification or professional advice would reasonably have been appropriate.
Where we are responsible for loss, our liability will be reduced to the extent that your own act or omission contributed to that loss, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law permits liability for a failure to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee to be limited, that liability may be limited in the manner permitted by that section.
25. Your responsibility for breaches
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, liabilities, claims and reasonable costs suffered by us or a third party to the extent directly caused by:
your material breach of these Terms;
your unlawful conduct through a Service; or
User Content you knowingly submit without the rights or permissions required to do so.
You are not responsible under this section to the extent that the relevant loss was caused or contributed to by InnovateIgnite’s negligence, breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.
26. Suspension or termination of access
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to some or all of a Service where we reasonably believe this is necessary because:
you have materially breached these Terms;
your conduct creates a security risk;
your activity is unlawful;
your activity infringes another person’s rights;
continuing access could expose us or another person to material harm; or
we are required to do so by law.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may first provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.
You may stop using a Service at any time.
Separate cancellation conditions may apply to paid Services or subscriptions.
27. Changes to our Services and Brands
InnovateIgnite is a growing portfolio of digital Brands.
We may from time to time:
launch new Brands;
acquire Brands;
sell or transfer Brands;
rename or redesign Brands;
combine services;
introduce or remove features; or
discontinue Services.
Where a change affects an existing paid contractual commitment, we will continue to comply with applicable contractual and consumer-law obligations.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to:
our Services or Brands;
applicable laws or regulations;
technology;
security requirements;
commercial practices; or
the way our Services operate.
The latest version will be made available on our website with an updated Last updated date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively from the date they become effective.
Where a material change affects an ongoing paid Service or materially reduces contractual rights, we will provide any notice or options required by applicable law or the applicable service-specific terms.
Your continued use of a Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
29. Business transfers and restructuring
InnovateIgnite may acquire, sell, restructure or transfer Brands and other business assets.
Our rights and obligations relating to a particular Service may be transferred as part of a genuine merger, acquisition, sale, restructure or similar corporate transaction, provided that doing so does not remove rights you have under applicable law.
Where relevant, personal information associated with a transaction will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
30. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
Subject to any rights you have to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction under applicable consumer or other mandatory law, you and InnovateIgnite submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protection available to you in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
31. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be read down to the extent reasonably necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
If it cannot be read down, it will be severed.
The remaining provisions will continue to operate.
32. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived that right.
A waiver of a particular right or breach does not constitute a waiver of another right or future breach.
33. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with:
our Privacy Policy;
any Brand-specific terms;
any applicable purchase or subscription terms;
competition or promotion rules; and
other terms expressly incorporated into your use of a particular Service,
constitute the terms governing your use of the relevant Service.
